1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website bonuscasynohub.com and the event services provided by Bonuscasynohub Events Ltd. (Alberta Corporate Reg. No. 2024567890), located at 924 17 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2T 0B8, Canada. By using this website or booking our services, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Nature of Our Services

Bonuscasynohub provides casino-themed entertainment for private and corporate events. All gaming activities at our events:

• Use fun money or chips with no cash value;
• Offer only symbolic, non-cash prizes;
• Are conducted strictly for entertainment purposes;
• Do not constitute gambling under applicable Canadian law.

No real gambling is offered, facilitated or conducted at any Bonuscasynohub event.

3. Booking and Payment

Event bookings are confirmed upon signing a written service agreement and receipt of a deposit. The deposit amount and payment schedule are specified in each individual agreement. Final pricing is fixed in the agreement and will not change unless the scope of services is modified at the client's request.

3.1 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 30 days before the event: full deposit refund;
• Cancellations 14–30 days before the event: 50% deposit refund;
• Cancellations less than 14 days before the event: deposit is non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing a suitable venue, access for equipment delivery and setup, and accurate information about the number of guests. The client must inform guests that all games are entertainment-only and that no real money wagering is permitted.

5. Liability

Bonuscasynohub Events Ltd. maintains full liability insurance for all events. Our liability is limited to the total value of the service agreement. We are not responsible for damage caused by guests or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including venue restrictions and force majeure events.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design and images, is the property of Bonuscasynohub Events Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
